The Training Session

My aim is to achieve the results you are looking for at a time and location convenient to you. Each session will be tailored to meet your specific goals, keeping each workout varied and fun! Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase your fitness levels, train for a specific occasion or if you have never exercised before then I can help you.

Achieving your fitness goals is not just about working out, your diet, sleeping pattern, work life and stress levels all play a major part, for which I can give advice, so even when you are not working out you are still working towards your goals.

  • Buddy sessions – some people prefer to workout with a friend
